“He’s a great manager, who loves his work. He has a lot of different ideas. We need to absorb these ideas as soon as possible to put them into practice on the pitch. He has his own style of play and ideas and he’s helping us, showing us what to do on the pitch.
“We’re starting to understand his ideas, there’s obviously a lot more still to develop. He likes to communicate with the players, he’s always nearby on the pitch. This is really important and helpful for us.
“He’s talking a lot to all the players about adjustments. This is important for us as a group, as a team. I hope we players can take it on board as quickly as possible and action it on the pitch.”
